Just a short drive to the picturesque old Venetian port of Fiskardo, this luxurious villa was built on a hillside in a peaceful area in North Kefalonia taking full advantage of the beautiful sea views towards Ithaca, Leftkas and Meganisi.

 

You can relax on one of the sun loungers by the large, private, 10 metre long infinity pool, take in the spectacular sea views and watch the sailing boats coming in and out of Fiskardo.

 

The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area is finished to a high standard with good quality units and appliances. From the open plan living area there are two double patio doors, one opens out to the pool area and the other out to an area with a dining table for alfresco dining and BBQ. On the same level is a double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom also with an en-suite shower room. The upper floor has two further bedrooms - one a double bedroom with king-size bed and patio doors leading to large balconies with seating areas and glazed fronts giving stunning uninterrupted sea views. From this terrace you can see the old Venetian lighthouse at the entrance to Fiskardo harbour. The second twin bedroom is located on this floor and both bedrooms share a shower room.

 

The useful utility/laundry room is located underneath the villa and is equipped with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

 

Outside the property the driveway leads from the road to the large garage which has remote control doors and is ideal for keeping cars cool in the hot weather. The villa can either be accessed by stone steps leading up to the front door or via an internal staircase from the garage.
